Romania's HoJo owner gets more cash into REal estate.
I didn't know Zerlin is Radu's father....I thought Dimofte, Radu, the Bucharest, Romania Howard Johnson hotel owner (the best-located hotel in Bucharest , Romania, in the Capital city's best area: Piata (readPiazza) Romana) who has links with the Dinamo BUCHAREST soccer team (the red/ white doggs) owners, nicu badea (pizza hut and partly HoJo owner maybe) and with main friends in real estate CB Richard Ellis and TriNation.
here it goes: Dimofte family gets the former state huge oil company, now austrian OMV -controlled, real-estate properties downtown. Who wouldn't want those? Curious how big the comissions -legal or not- are there?\mee too.

Compania Practic Bucuresti, controlata de catre Zerlin Dimofte, tatal unuia dintre cei mai mari jucatori de pe piata imobiliara locala - Radu Dimofte, a achizitionat pentru aproximativ 30 de milioane de euro un pachet de active imobiliare de la Petrom, sustin surse de pe piata.
Oamenii de afaceri Gabriel Puiu Popoviciu si Radu Dimofte se numara printre actionarii celui mai mare proiect imobiliar aflat in derulare pe piata, proiectul Baneasa din Bucuresti, estimat la 1,2 mld. euro. Pretul la care s-a incheiat tranzactia cu Petrom nu va fi facut public, au agreat partile in contract.
Tranzactia, anuntata de catre Petrom vineri, a vizat vanzarea a 16 proprietati imobiliare, printre care si fostul sediu central al companiei petroliere de pe Calea Victoriei, imobil revendicat in justitie de catre mostenitorii familiilor Brancoveanu si Cantacuzino, conform surselor citate
